Bessy on iOS now has native push notifications that can alert you when your grade has been updated.

One significant upside of our notifications compared to the Schoology app's is that our notifications actually work. Plus, you no longer have to spam refresh every once in a while to see if your grades have updated.

The catch

The significant catch to this is that notifications, unfortunately, are a paid feature. I understand that this may seem like a cash grab, but it truly isn't. Notifications are paid because they cost a good amount of money to run, and unfortunately I do not have the flexibility to make such a costly feature free to users.

I had been holding off creating notifications for a while because of the cost. A lot of the feedback I've recieved, however, requested notifications, so I implemented it as it does seem like it's a feature people want.

Notifications are available on iOS only. Make sure you update Bessy to version 1.2.0 or higher, and then go to the settings tab.
